I’ve been with Genesis since December 2023, initially joining as a non-clinical recruiter. This year, I expanded my role to include clinical recruiting as well. I truly enjoy the recruiting world as it allows me to build meaningful relationships, make a positive impact on candidates’ lives, and set both short- and long-term career goals. Outside of work, I’ve become an avid bookworm, starting a local book club, enjoying audiobooks and reading on my Kindle across all genres—though I haven’t yet found a favorite! After work, I look forward to walks with my husband, daughter, and dog. I’m also excited to begin my sourdough baking journey but keep putting it off.
