My name is Heather, and I have been with Genesis for almost 19 years. I started my career with Genesis at a center in Annapolis, MD, where I was the Payroll and Benefits Coordinator for nearly 15 years. In 2021, I was promoted to the Market HR for Maryland and Delaware and oversaw the region. In 2024, I was able to pursue my passion for recruiting and joined the Talent Acquisitions team. For the last year, it has been a joy to welcome new employees to Genesis!  When I am not working, I enjoy spending quality time with my family.
