Ashley has been a Recruiter for 5 years, beginning her career in the consulting/tech industry before transitioning to Genesis Healthcare in January 2024. Ashley is a graduate of Clark Atlanta University with a degree in Journalism. She is also a member of the Society for Human Resource Management  and obtained her SHRM-CP in December 2024.
